The proposed redevelopment will provide a six-storey building containing 19 homes, all for social rent, including one three-bedroom wheelchair-accessible home. Located approximately 480 metres from Aldgate East station, the site has excellent public transport accessibility and sits within a mixed residential, commercial and community setting.
